During the off-season, our team partners with Crossfit DNR for strength, conditioning, and injury prevention training.  The highly-trained coaches at Crossfit DNR tailor the workouts to fit the specific needs of our team to ensure that our athletes are ready to get back out on the water as soon as the weather allows.  By helping our team build a strong foundation in the gym, the coaches at Crossfit DNR help us to develop and grow as a crew so that we are ready to compete at the start of the season.

On-Water Practice Schedule

Mondays: 4:30-7AM*

Wednesdays: 4:30-7AM*

Saturday: 7:30-11:30 AM

*Typically back on Campus by 7:30 AM
